Our beloved Tory “Twin – TwinBoi’ Jones, heard the voice of God whisper in his ear; “My Child, Be Still – Rest Now, you are at peace. You’re free now”, and quietly departed this earthly life on Monday, May 7, 2018 at Palmetto Health Richland in Columbia, South Carolina.

 

He was born in Aiken County on May 18, 1980. Twin, as he was affectionately known as, was the youngest son, born to Clarence and Yonda Briggs Jones.

 

Twin was educated in the public schools of Aiken County. He accepted Christ in his heart, as his personal Lord and Saviour and joined Second Baptist in Aiken, South Carolina. Later on, Twin united his membership with St. Mark United Methodist Church, in Sumter County.

 

He exemplified a life of love and concern for everyone, especially for this family. TwinBoi had a passion for music and another for riding his motorcycle. He was well known for being a dedicated member of Free Riders MC Inc., in Aiken, South Carolina during his 5year reign. Upon relocating to Sumter County, TwinBoi became a fervent member of Swerve Ryderz, in Camden, South Carolina.

 

In September of 2015, he was joined in holy matrimony to his devoted wife, the former Denetra Heyward Bracey.

 

“Twin” was employed as a Customer Service Representative.

 

He leaves to cherish his memories his beloved wife, Denetra Jones of the home; children, Dezron Jones, Rayshawn White, Tory Jr., Tyshawn and Toriques Jones, Jociah Heyward, Jhatiannah Bracey, Johnny Century and Jhi’Yonn Washington; parents, Clarence and Yonda; twin brother, Tary Jones of Aiken, SC; sister, Shala Holmes of Rock Hill, SC; maternal grandparents Willie & Naomi Briggs; uncle, James (Rosetta) Briggs of Aiken, SC; nephews, Justice, Shyreek and Zhikarieon; nieces, Tykenya, Ketaria, Tiana, Genesis, Shalayah, Mikeasha and Zae Yonna; godchildren, Jabarick, Jaeda and Jekayln; in laws, Herbert and Denise Heyward; sisters-in-law, Quintina Heyward (Carols Ketter) and Lakeshia Heyward (Shermell Ballard); a host of other relatives and close friends.

 

He was also preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Kia Austin and a host of aunts, uncles and other relatives.
